EPL CLASH... IN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

5 teams from the English Premier League qualified for the Champions League and the qualified from the Group Stage to the Round of Sixteen, Three teams were eliminated; Tottenham Hotspurs, by Juventus (3-4 agg.), Manchester United, by Sevilla (2-1 agg.), Chelsea FC by Barcelona (4-1 agg).

The teams left, Manchester City and Liverpool FC, who have been drawn to play against each other in the quarter finals. Its being a while that English teams got to the play against each other in the Champion's League.

With signings like Mohammed Salah, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain, Virgil Van Dijk, Liverpool has had the opportunity of playing the finest football and scoring magnificent goals. Liverpool, who won the Round of Sixteen against Porto FC (5-0 on aggregate), proves to the League that they're looking for something more than just visiting UEFA again next Season.

Liverpool who are 4th on the English Premier league table with 60 points Leading the already eliminated team, Chelsea, with 4 points can still prove to the world and the league that they're capable of defeating Manchester City to qualify for the UEFA Champions League Semi Finals.
